Three common blockers. All checkable from outside.
Coinbase only lists routes that pass its validator and have settled a payment through the CDP Facilitator. These are the failures we've found on live x402 endpoints.
Resource URL scheme
The 402 advertises an http:// resource behind an HTTPS proxy, and the validator rejects it.
Bazaar metadata shape
The discovery extension is present but missing required fields, so the validator returns valid: false.
Settle path
Everything validates, but no settle has gone through the CDP Facilitator yet, so nothing gets indexed.
