Buyer terms

Scope

These terms apply to every paid call to a Horizon Pulse API route. Paying for a call means you accept them. Some products (premium briefs, seller due diligence, the Funding Pulse Weekly report) have their own terms, which apply in addition and win if the two conflict.

Your use

Results are for your own use, including use inside your own product or agent, where they inform an answer or a decision for your users.

No resale

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute or republish results in bulk, or offer them, or a feed or cache built from them, as a data product or API of your own.

No AI training

You may not use results, alone or in bulk, to train, fine-tune or evaluate a machine-learning model, or to build a dataset for that purpose. Using a single result as context for an answer at the time of the call is allowed.

No competing service

You may not call our routes systematically to copy, mirror or rebuild a Horizon Pulse route, its methodology or its catalog as a competing service.

Public data stays public

These limits apply to Horizon Pulse's analysis, scoring, verdicts and compilation. They do not restrict your use of public-domain government data or third-party content in a result, which stay under their publishers' own terms. Any notices those publishers attach must be kept.

Enforcement

We may refuse, rate-limit or stop service to a caller or payer address we reasonably believe is breaking these terms. Payment for calls already served is not refunded for that reason.

As is

Results are provided as is, without warranty of any kind, and are not financial, legal or investment advice.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version in effect when you pay applies to that call.
